Together Sunday

Together Sunday

On Sunday, November 24, our St. Gaspar Family of Parishes will join others throughout the archdiocese in celebrating Together Sunday, a day to welcome back Catholics who may have been away from the Church for any reason. This year, we are making a special effort to invite those who do not attend church regularly to come back to Mass. This day coincides with the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe.

We ask everyone to help make Together Sunday as welcoming as possible. Here are some ways you can contribute to creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for all who come:

– Move to the center of the pews so people do not have to climb over you to find a seat.

– Park in a more distant spot in the parking lot, leaving closer spaces for new or returning Catholics.

– Greet those in your pew—even a simple smile can make someone feel at home.

Please prayerfully consider one person you can personally invite to join us on November 24. Whether it’s through your invitation, greeting people at the door, or assisting with the reception after Mass, your role in this day of welcome is invaluable. For more details on ways to volunteer, visit the bulletin, parish website, or weekly email. Let’s make November 24 a day of true welcome for all.
