Understanding Grief and Loss

March 23

embracing the light

Registration Deadline, March 18

@St. Joseph Center, Saturday, March 23, from 2:30-4:15 pm

Adults may experience many kinds of losses in their lifetime.  For example, the current changes occurring in our parishes can create a sense of loss. Successfully navigating these challenges requires understanding yourself, the meaning of the loss and what healthy grieving looks like. All of these issues including understanding disenfranchised and ambiguous losses will be covered in this program.

Join us Saturday, March 23, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Center, 400 E. Second St. from 2:30 pm – 4:15 pm, for this special program. Our presenter Stephanie Hittle, MS, LPPC, a local licensed professional clinical counselor specializing in grief and loss will share her expertise on these topics.

This program is free and all are welcome!  Please RSVP by Monday Mar. 18, 2024 as seating is limited and light refreshments will be served. For more information and to RSVP contact Patsy Martin at 937-776-8949 or email: plmartin 937@gmail.com. Sponsored by the Health Ministries Team of the downtown Catholic parishes.
